I get these paypal mail quite often.
I am also gettingmail from HM revenue saying my tax code for incorrect and I owe some credit from them. All fake...The mail make it look like v genuine...

I even get these bogus PayPal emails written in French. Luckily my webmail server dumps them straight into the spam folder.
