Tethering and Lebara

Hi, does anyone know what Lebara charge for tethering or if indeed it is possible. I'm thinking of switching to them because I make some international calls, although usually on the landline. I can't see it mentioned anywhere on their site, and their terms and conditions do not appear to forbid it. Is it like the old days where tethering is free, just pay for the data you use? I remember the days before tethering charges, you see. I've been on Vodafone for a while... anyone know when they started charging for tethering? I have a Symbian phone (Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic), which always allowed me to tether without charge when I used to come home from uni on the train, but I haven't really used tethering for ages... the last time would be early 2010.
Back then it was just a case of plug in the phone and use the provided software (or the network manager in Ubuntu) and you're good to go. How does it work now (most) providers charge for tethering? I looked in to it and it says with Vodafone I have to pay £15 a month for a tethering package... never used to have to do this.
Personally I think tethering charges are a huge con - you've already paid for the data in usage charges, why pay extra for the privilege of using it on another device? And using your phone as a modem before was commonplace and everyone with more money than sense rushed out to buy iphones and the like - and it was typically free.
Any other Lebara users here with experience?
Alternatively, since I plan to use mobile internet only occasionally, would a dongle from T-mobile be the way to go? I see they only charge £2 a day...

I would have thought lebara would charge you by the MB for every data used if they offer data access.
T mobile i think is the only network that offers 3gb download as part of the £20 -
Yes, that's what I was thinking, but then I only use tethering occasionally and lightly. I may go with the dongle. £2 isn't that bad after all and at least I wouldn't have to be watching the download counter. Besides, T-mobile's 3G reception is great whereas Vodafone's is not so good round here - and I believe Lebara uses their network.0

Hi Micheal,
To answer your questions –
Tethering is possible on Lebara and there are no extra charges (included in the normal 10mb free, 15p per mb thereafter)
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any further queries
