If the fault is on your equipment or line, then changing your ISP will make no difference whatsoever.
What tests have you carried out to isolate the fault? Are you testing using ethernet from the master socket?
If connecting wirelessly, first try changing the wireless channel. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hi OP, could you post your router line statistics?
http://www.skyuser.co.uk/tutorials/how_to_use_the_skyuser_router_stats_tool.html
BTW are you on Sky LLU or Sky Connect?
PS How were you able to change your router, did Sky send you a new one? That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Sky is maxing my line out 24/7 here so problem must be your end.0

how do you mean it must be a problem at the op's end as yours is working fine?
saving123, if you can give a run down of the troubleshooting you've been through so far and provide your stats as asked by penrhyn, it'll help to provide you with an answer or solution to your slow speedhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
