Good luck with the application angela!
ts_aly2000, that question is completely standard and I've seen it or a version of it on every appilcation I've completed.
Companies can't employ someone and then find out they arent entitled to work here (eg a New Zealander who has overstayed their working visa) - so it is good practice and not 'stupid' to check.
In the case of a British person, you would tick 'yes' as you have the right to live and work in the UK.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
If it's a fulltime position i'd question whether their remuneration package complies with the national minimum wage.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

HOWEVER...... I just tried a fictional application and didn't meet the criteria! :rotfl: It's bad that you can't see which questions you answered wrong. The one I had most difficulty with was the "you dislike disruptions to your daily routine". I wasn't sure whether as a sales person you would expect them all the time or you would never deviate from your desire to sell. Anyway, no competition from me.Torgwen.......... ...........0 -
