Non expiry mobile Internet dongle

I read this report that:

'T-Mobile look to set to offer a non expiry pay as you go broadband service known as pay per use mobile broadband later this year.
Just like pay as you go texting and calling, non expiry pay per use mobile broadband enables users to literally pay for what they use at any time – and without a monthly expiry date to use the data allowance by.'

Dated April 1. However, such a service surely would be mutually beneficial to the business and the user. 'Use your data monthly or lose it' must put many people off?

April 1st this year? You might find that it was two years ago. I have a T-Mobile mobile broadband SIM with credit. I just transfer the credit to the SIM when I ready to use it. Data validity does expire though.
