    B Grade or A+ grade refurbished.. who cares? he wasn't sent what he ordered and what it ends up on eBay is, is irrelevant

    If it is irrelevant, why did you bother to write it at all?

    The point is that someone may take it literally; purchase a B Grade item thinking it will be as you have described and be left a little disappointed.

    What is it that you doubt?
    It will depend on the vendor but generally this rule is followed.

    A - perfect working order and in 'as new' physical condition
    B - Perfect working order but may include cosmetic defects or damage not related to the function of the product.
    C - items never out-right sold to cosumers, but are safe to be donated
    Any other grade - only safe to be sold as lots of scrap
