Help! re laptop/notebook

description i thought it came with a DVD drive
Turned up as a notebook........
am i missing something here?

Sent it back. That model has a DVD writer. Perhaps you were sent the wrong item.

Should definitely have a DVD drive on it.
Send it back, as for a refund, buy this.

i will go round and check, i think it was an ebuyer error thats why i purchased it, it is a pv 510 that came, on the desscription it states laptop, but in the small print it says notebook, a notebook turned up

Within seven days you don't need a reason to return it. Worst case scenario is that they make you pay for the postage.

Though if it was their error, they pay for it to be picked up.

Notebooks and laptops are pretty much the same thing but different words.... If it's a netbook then there's whole lot of difference.
You've opened it and discovered that it's not what you ordered so you'll be entitled to send it back. You ordered an RV510 and got sent a PV510
It'll just end up on eBay for £50 cheaper as B grade stock.

What are you talking? That would be A+ Grade refurbished.
