Most recent pressie is my fave for my niece. Its the bright pink swarovski duck and I can add to the collection over time. My sis-in-law thought it was great as she got loads of lovely jewellery.

I bought my god-daughter a quaich for her christening, figured (and was right!) that everyone else would go down the route of chains, bracelets & bibles and will likely be something she can look at in years to come.

  • Hi all

I have just been asked to be Godmother to my cousin's 8 month old little girl. I am really excited and chuffed to be asked and this morning started looking at presents but really don't have a clue where to start. The last christening I went to I was 12 so really don't know what people give etc.

Plus, I am rather skint but have about £30 to spend (or does that seem really tight for a Godparent)?

What presents did you parents out there get that were your favourites??
try for an unusual christening gift or unique baby present to your parents and celebrate this special occasion with them..Choose a christening gift and dedicate it to someone special with a personalised message.
