No actually, you can't set that, nor should you be able to.

You might be better off ending the item just to be on the safe side

I may be being paranoid but....

Listed a decent phone on e-bay starting price £250 - about 1 and a half days left with one bidder and one watcher (which I am hoping is a different person).

They have been a member for about a year, have one positive feedback from the start of this month for a low value item.

Looked at the feedback they have left and one is positive From March saying 'please give me until Tuesday to pay for this item' the other is from Feb and is neutral saying 'please do not post the item yet I thought I was buying 4 wheel trims' - very bizarre!

I set my buyer requirements tight (eg.card on file etc) but not sure about someone with such low feedback!

Anything I can do as I can't afford for this sale to go 'wrong'?

    Thanks

I now only sell on Amazon and forgive saying this I find you get less hassle.

I've sold a few high value phones on ebay. What I do is 'Buy It Now or Best Offer' If someone puts in an offer, it gives me chance to check out the feedback.

I cancelled his bid and blocked him.

4 watchers and a few hours left so will see.

Hopefully you have ticked the "seller requires instant payment" box, as this weeds out the pay at the end of the month mob.

I thought you could only do this on BIN?

You're correct, seems crazy to me.
However, the idea of blocking bidders is something I read quite often on this forum. Everyone is scam obsessed. I think it leads to posts like this, even the suggestion that you should end the item. The idea is to get the phone sold. The rest is easy. Proper delivery method and follow the paypal protection instructions.

Yes sold last night and he paid immediately.
I posted tonight after work special delivery.
I am a regular at the local PO so explained what I was doing in terms of the filming :) showed it working and kept filming whilst packaged and handed over counter hehe so if he claims it is a faulty item I will be going to the police...

I await feedback (hopefully tomorrow to stop me wondering about it).

The buyer will be more inclined to leave feedback if you've left it first.
