Parking ticket from "Legal Parking Enforcers", anyone heard of these?

Hi, I got a ticket from a firm called "legal parking enforces" has anyone heard of these? I was parked on private/derelict land and have been parking there go a hole without a problem. Even seen ticket officers walk past & not done anything! Found a list of companies that are known but this one isn't on the list!
Is it true the only tickets you have to pay are the ones from the council?
Thanks

Yes, that is TRUE. Only ever take seriously a ticket from a Council, Transport for London or the Police.

Have we heard of these? Yes!

Let me Google that for you (wait for the results to load, 20 seconds or so).

You will see a pattern to the replies on pepipoo forums on that result - with the word 'ignore' cropping up a lot!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even the name of this bunch would make me think twice about them. Do they really believe a name like this will be taken serious.

To add to the farce, this company uses a debt collection company called "Judges Demand" which has this disclaimer printed at the bottom of its letters:-

Mr N Durbin and Mrs J Judge trading as Judges Demand (not in any way affiliated with the judiciary or court system) Consumer Credit License Number 630299/1

You joined to tell us? Why didn't you ask for help in defending this case?

Have you got any more details?
