    Yup rain, rain and more rain. Not raining here at the moment but looks like a washout at the weekend.

    Right going to do my daily bit of the 200 sit up programme. Wish me luck in getting off the floor in 10 minutes!

    It was due to rain heavily here since 4 pm. I counted 7 rain drops on my windscreen. I'm just so glad it wasn't 8, or else that counts as major flooding.
