A party of 4 of us used these last week in Yeates, we also go a sharer starter, and the day after at least 2 were ill...

You should make Yates (or environmental health) aware of this, it is a very serious allegation. If they have a problem , they need to be made aware of it. If nothing else, you are protecting others. If you all had the same food and only 2 were ill ,it is less likely to be the cause. The 2 who had symptoms need to think carefully if there was anything else they had in common to be sure of the source.
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

I will defo put in a letter to my Yeates. I need to get in touch with the 4th person who was with us to see if they were ok then we can work out exactly what it was.

All in all. Even if it is a coincidence, the meal was rubbish!

As an off duty police offer I would advise that you ensure the boyfriend does not participate in any intercourse with the minor. Due to todays society a post made like that constitutes you have given little thought about concealing irrelevant details such as ages. By doing such you have influenced law abiders to feel concerned be it the two ages and that most public houses and establishments are for over 18's (However cleary not in this case).

Just wondering the relevance of "off duty" either hes a policeman or not

But being as he wrote police offer instead of officer maybe hes not :rotfl:

Thanks to the OP for the heads up.
vikki hugs. for what its worth i met my husband when i was 17 he was 41 and we had a happy marriage until he died aged 59.we had all those horrid comments and people said it wont last, and made nasty comments really nasty comments. ignore other peoples remarks and comments if your sister is happy thats all that matters.

Hugs from me also. My mum was and is the best parent ever but I always leaned towards having older boyfriends. At 13 I announced my boyfriend was 19 (I was always honest with my mum but as many young intelligent girls are was very devious when it came to boys and what information i gave them) I seemed older than I was and I didnt tell the boyfriend how old I was until I knew he was quite attached to me. That said I was not allowed to be alone with him, always had to be in public places etc... their were very strict rules. We never had and sexual contact and it fizzled out in a couple of months. For those horrible judgemental people I hope you are not parents because I can assure you, if you try and lock up your daughters, they will lie harder, and they will do what they want anyway. Set some bounderies and be their to mend a broken heart at the end.

For the record I met my husband when I was 15 and he was 26! There was nothing untoward or illegal happening, he was a family friend we didnt start dating until I was 20. We married when I was 22 and have a very happy marraige and a gorgeous son.
