You have to be over 18 to register for it, but my 14 year old sister went with her 18 year old boyfriend today and used them and it was fine! hth :D

Wow don't think it's appropriate for a 18 yr old to be taking a 14 yr old to the pub regardless of what they have!!!!!
Starting this comping thing again wish me luck

don't know if your issue is with a 14yr old being in a pub or dating an 18yr old, but I think it's very sad when a thread about free food has to get personal.
    :DPlease, pretty please!:D
  • At a Yates pub. Not even worth it if it is free.

Have to agree, for free I would still come away feeling overcharged ;)

But each to their own and thanks to the OP for the find

we live in mordern times & many pubs are now geared to the family. I wasnt thinking for a minute that kids go to the pub, however many now have large play areas etc etc.

Free is free its up to the parent to decide what age they can go with them to a pub.:o

My husband and I have been today and it was really good.
A bit apprehensive after some of the reviews on here but for free a great lunch.

TBH I don't think it's got anything to do with you!

We called Yates first to make sure it was ok and they said anyone under 18 had to be out before 6pm!
