I can't think of many reasons why an 18 year old would want to have a 14 year old girlfriend. I'm shocked that so many of you think this is ok - especially the sister!

I doubt the poster is a copper but its the thought that counts, our daughters are precious and should not be left to fend for themselves amongst our(societys) sons.

I am shocked to read this post to be honest, how others can judge is beyond a joke, untill you know your life is perfect then dont dish out advice and statements about a another posters family. I doubt very much a police officer has the right to spill out his crap on a post to warn others of dangers and offfences. Leave them alone and focus on your own lives and stop blasting your out dated morals on here.. this is not what this page is for..................

Chlamydia & Pregnancy are avoided by outdated morals neither of these should be visited on a 14 year old.
Many families seem unable to instill any values into their children, leaving them to be educated by media, (c)rap artists & the streetwise.
I am happy for adults to do whatever damage they like to themselves, however that does not apply to a child.
Mind you I suppose if I could have got a jump in exchange for a cheeseburger.............

:beer:jings i need to go and take a chill pill after reading peoples opinionated posts, didn't realise 2 people could catch a sexually transmitted disease, get pregnant, be arrested by an off duty policeman, and advised on age differences, whilst eating a free burger!
But if they do they can contact me direct as i am an off duty nurse who cares about people and has the tact not to look down on people what ever the situation.
p.s I think other people need to also "chill"

Interestingly ....That well known rap artist William Shakespear in Romeo and Juliet which we teach in schools and nobody objects to it seems Juliet was 14 years old.
Even more interesting was that Lady Capulet gave birth to Juliet when she was 14 years old so was probably married and doing it at 13.
