eclipse broadband .. any better deals ?

they have a few packages ... which basically are ....

"home lite" £12.50 for 2gb use

"home select" £20.50 for 50gb use ( +£6.12 to add "all landline cals")

"home pro" £30.50 for 100gb and inc "all landline calls"


i'm on the latter .... and just have a feeling am paying far too much ! .

Don't know how many "GB" i'm using .. or how i find out ??


Wonder what options i have ? .... and has anyone managed to get lower cost by threatening to leave etc ??

What are your LLU options?
Do an exchange search on www.samknows.com
Plenty of free software is available to monitor your broadband usage: NetMeter etc.
Do you need Anytime calls?
Do you need 100GB-what do you use your broadband for? If you don't stream or download much, then 100GB is overkill. 2GB is probably not enough.
If you are already OOC, then requesting your MAC will get you through to retentions, who wil invariably offer you a discount or extras in return for an extended contract.
