Parcelforce are a joke they have managed to lose 2 out of 3 Slim PS2 packages I have sent to people in the last 3 weeks.

Tried to help out some money savers before by offering to fix them up with a Wii if they can't get there hands on one. Me and the wife got our wires crossed and orderd 4 istead of two today from Amazon. Suprising how many people who say they want one then just give you the run around.

I've got one left if anyone wants it.

What a joke this company is, and will be telling Amazon about this aswell.

I was there 3 hours waiting for my items. Why guy had a £300 camera 'stolen' from the depo they spend hours searching for it but could not find it. They have no sections just throw everyones parcel in a pile!

I was in a queue for 1 hr and then a further 45 minutes to find 1 parcel (not Wii) and then 1hr 15 mins looking for thw Wii. I was told to come back tomorrow. Like hell! Everyone was losing it with the manager who seemed to not give a **** about anything. I felt sorry for the guy with the £300 camera as it was his wifes Christmas present.

It's not like i could choose who to have it with we just get told it's this company.

I will not use Express Shipping with amazon again unless Royal Mail SD is used.

the City Link that most of us have to use cause we chose express delivery, thankfully im in all day tomorrow so shouldnt have to go to a depot i wouldnt even know where it is theres no where neaar here!
