I am trying to access a web page - firstchoice.co.uk, I know theres no problem with it because a few friends have checked it for me.
I just have not been able to get on it for 3 days, I use chrome but have also tried ie and firefox, I use avast, so I turned it off and I still cant get on it ( I need to book my holiday!!).
I get this message
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Thanks
Karen

In Chrome:
1) Click the Wrench menu in the upper right corner
2) Select 'Clear browsing data'
3) Ensure that check boxes for 'Clear browsing history' and 'Empty the cache' are selected
4) Click 'Clear browsing data'
Try your website.
If that doesn't work, close Chrome.
Open a command window (Windows Start - put CMD in the search box and hit enter)
You should get a black box with a c:\...\ prompt in it
Enter IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS and hit enter
Close the command window, restart Chrome and try again.
If that doesn't work, then it's likely that something (firewall, antivirus) is actively blocking you.I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.

If it's urgent use a proxy.
This one has SSL (https) already enabled.
