Ryanair Serviettes: Is using handtowels from the toilet taking no frills too far?

On yet another Ryanair flight recently I awoke from my snooze in seat A1 to witness a member of the cabin crew diligently separating individual paper hand towels and folding them neatly in half into a little stack for use with their trolley food and drinks sales.

Half way through this little observation I noticed her open the toilet door and go partway in (for what I am not sure) and then continue as before.

Note: the diligence did not appear to extend to hand washing.

As it happens, I have an appointment booked for a Hepatitis A vaccination very shortly. Is it something we might all consider?
