i do know about ebay and fees. i was more wanting someone to confirm things for me, if you read the whole post, you'll see i came to most of the conclusions myself as most posters did not give details of the figures.

soolin, i had a look in the listing rules and cant find the exact info, could you point me in the right direction please, as i really need to get these tickets gone. my BIN or best offer is listed for 5 days.

OP, why should that stop you going to the concert? Its possible to find clear spots to stand and watch, you only stand a chance of being crushed if you head to the front.
I've taken my children to many standing concerts with no hassles, as long as you are sensible about it you wont have a problem.

Incidentally, I marshalled a Lombard Rally Stage at 5 months

i was goin to go, but the only person that can drive wont drive the 70/80 miles we need, so it would mean staying over etc, and tbh i really cant be bothered with it all!:p

Isn't that what this is all about? Sharing experiences, avoiding the pitfalls others know about, etc?

advertise them on your facebook page if you have one - I got rid of mine that way...to Croke Park, sob sob.

I found it was safer to sell to a friend than risk the wrath of ebay worldespecially with perishable goods like tickets.

And no fees either.
