I just did it for the first time yesterday! I really ache today so was thinking of giving it a miss, but maybe I should just crack on. (I have biked for half an hour already today, so I'm not a couch potato even on 'off' days.) I like her style, she admits that it's hard but worth it, which is a refreshing change to all of the workout routines that are advertised as being easy. If something's easy, it's not worth doing!

I've used tins of beans instead of weights.

I will be doing the same! Keep it going though TfT

Just looked at the packaging from the DVD and it says it comes from Zavvi at £5.85 (checked the site and it does) so the scabby ebayer I've bought this from has dropshipped this and made a profit. Not impressed.

anyway, tomorrow morning I will be 'feeling the burn!' xxx

Tins of tomatoes for me. (Asda Smart Price -very MSE.)
Weights are going to be my next purchase.
I really didn't think I would manage to keep it up at the start, but I can already feel a difference!
Don't give it a miss if at all possible - well, I suppose if you can barely move like me after day 2, then there's no choice.:o

About the same actually. Although I've always done some exercise and think ( or kidded myself ) that there has been some level of fitness underneath the spreading flab.
I made the decision to do it because I needed something to push me. It's so easy for me to think that I can't stay the course because of the extra weight.
Go for it , you'll be fine.
I find wailing and shouting when it get's tough works wonders!:rotfl:

Yeah I'm 'secretly fit' under my flab too. I mean I don't die just walking up the stairs!!

I will be doing this at 7am - the shouts might have to be small ;) xxx
