30 day shred. Losing and gaining- Hopefully

I am about to start the 30 day shred with the lovely Jillian Michael. Has anyone done it and how did they find it? How much did you lose and how many inches did you blitz?

As well as "shredding" my excess flab I'm also going to shred all my little bad habits to do with money- mainly keep away from @sda and coffee shops, all my old statments, invoices and all the junk/other man's tresure that i've been collecting over the years.

Hopefully in 30 days my bank balance and myself will be looking healthier and there will be less junk in my house and in my trunk :)

I'm considering doing that - although I've not actually bought the DVD yet - been looking around to find one that's good for me.

Let us know how you get on.....please :)

Ha ha! God knows how much I'm going to suffer - I've spent the last couple of years on the sofa. Can't wait though - it's time for a change. I also fancy Zumba but one step at a time

ibuprofen takes the edge off. You can use the gel if there's any particular hot spots

would love to know what this involves, I keep hearing about it, can anyone give me an idea??

I am a huge Jillian Michaels fan. I lost just over a stone doing the 30 day shred (I did it for longer than 30 days though and have been doing it as part of my regular exercise plan for over a year now) - probably took about 3 months to lose that but I've kept it off for over a year :j! Its incredibly hard work, especially to keep doing it every day when you are hurting and moving up the levels, but it is so worth it and I've never been happier with how toned I feel (and look hopefully!)

    Would definitely recommend it!
