i phoned them today and the lady cancelled my subscription and said that they will send me a confirmation letter, i have asked her if they will refund me the remaining issues and she said YES!

I am very sorry you wish to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund. I can arrange for a refund to be processed I do however need to advise that as a gift has been despatched to you, we will need to have this returned. Once we have received the returned gift we can process the refund for you.

i dunt rly no what ur all moaning about 6 pound n 6 issues of the mag is a bargain, it will bcoz of u's that they will not do promotions like this again i am quite willing to pay 6 pound for 50ml of perfume ( even though i thought it was 100ml)

Can I just cancel the direct debit from my online bank account or I have to ring the magazine?
