    Call them now 01858438819. Just say it wasn't what you expected it to be. No questions asked. It specifically states that they will refund you and you can cancel at any time. Go on - be a daredevil!

    Ive just subscribed online- when do they take the cash? Im guessing its 14 days after setting it up as its a direct debit?

    You will get a letter confirming the date that the first payment will be taken from your bank account. From memory, it was about four weeks after I subscribed.

    BTW - I received my perfum yesterday - just trying to decide whether to take the cellophane off and keep it myself or put it away for someone for Xmas.

    My perfume arrived yesterday, it didnt give me a headache but after smelling it, it set me off sneezing for ages, much to the kids amusement
