Lloyds TSB and proof of ID

Have you contacted them to descuss the problem. Talk to the bank manager, must happen all the time for them and they can arrange for you to take the money out0

I'm with Lloyds as well, and have had the same prolems (ie no driver's licence or passport), and I'm certainly not about to go out and spend money to get these items.
However, I usually call ahead to their call centre, and they call the branch, and they will then accept my student photo ID along with my bank statement.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I quite often travel to various places in the U.K. and draw a few bob out of Lloyds over the counter. I understand that they have a feature which allows them to view a specimen of my signature and I have never encountered any problems. When asked for i.d. at Nationwide on one occasion, I offered my armed forces identity card. I was told that this was not an acceptable form of i.d. As has been pointed out on other posts within these forums, i.d. and money laundering still appear to be a spectator sport as far as some banks and Bldg. Socs. are concerned.0
