Halifax Reward Account want me to go in Branch?

Hi All, I have 3 Reward accounts opened up before they restricted them to one. When I logged into on line banking today, on two of them, I cannot look at the transactions or make any payments. I have rang the online helpdesk and they want me to go into a branch with photo ID. Anyone know whats going on??? Should I only…

I had a phone call from a lady at head office today.

They are still adamant that the reason the accounts were frozen was because I had too many Reward Accounts. However they concede they should have given me notice and that they should never have stopped the 2 cheques.

She has offered me £25 for not giving me notice and £25 each for both cheques stopped, total £75
