hi all have been ringing these since 10am it is now 7.00pm and still not got through ,42 calls made none answered get cut off by 12mins into call then have to ring back ,going to write to them to cancel my switch at least british gas u can speak to them .0 -
Called them at 9:00 am Thursday, got through after 5 minutes in the queue. They offered to call back at 11am as I didn't have a meter reading to hand, and called back exactly on time! What's going on???!0

have you tried the online chat service? I'm on there now and have an extremely helpful advisor helping me. Its available to non and existing customers

try going on site as if a new customer and the online chat box pops up.... thats the way it worked with me anyway!0
