So when you say you need to rebuild your finances, does this mean you are taking out further debt to do the job?
Why do you care so much?0 -

All I know is that I had no trouble on this board, until I typed this:
"Just because you don't know about something doesn't mean it doesn't exist
" and suddenly my every step seems to be dogged by shortchanged and DervProf.
It's a little creepy to be honest. I know you thrive on the discord and animosity on this board, Graham, as we have discussed before. I came here to talk about interest rates and where the economy is going.0 -
Disagreement over interest rates leads to internet homicide?
Dunno what to say!0 -

I deleted a lot of my personal stuff on the strength of your stalking and your, shall we say, 'friends'. So I guess I must be scared of you, huh?
Be scared ? You really wonder if you should be scared about a few words (not even threatening ones on an internet forum) ? You really do sound paranoid.
Funny how you delete a lot of your personal stuff, disappear for a while, then come back with personal details about your mortgage on the day that interest rates are kept on hold, claiming that you forgot about the rate meeting until someone mentioned it. :rotfl:And you'll see that I didn't reply to that bit of trumpet blowing, until now, of course.
Yes, paranoid is a good description.
And if you think I'm following you again, then think about what provoked me to reply to you. It seems that you want me to "stalk" you. I suspect that if you keep posting rubbish about me, and I keep replying, you'll clear off again until the next rate meeting. And if rates do increase, please don't be scared, come back here, you'll get lots of hugz.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Someone (me) sees a few errors in your posts and dares to try to correct you, and you look up Internet homocide !
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hey, I hope that doesn't put ideas into your head
"Just because you don't know about something doesn't mean it doesn't exist

Thanks for the reminder, that was brilliant.
What you should have typed is "beacause it fits my argument, I'm going to say that it exists (even though it doesn't), and then take lots of posts before I realise my mistake".30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
With all that talk about interest rates going up, you've just confirmed what I said about you abhoring debt. I noticed you also cut out the line of text where I said "I am with DervProf when he saids he doesn't use debt to buy luxuries", obviously that can't be made to look like I've 'attacked' you so that you can play to the audience and go 'see how RenovationMan provokes me'.
Clearly, you and shortchanged don't like me. I get it. Now please leave me alone.0 -

Whereas what you should have typed was....
"I like to pretend I'm a reasonable guy who sees both sides. I'm more than happy to pretend I'll admit I'm wrong when I'm given evidence, that is until I'm given such evidence.
At that point I disappear into a long and winding road of obfuscation and "code writing""0 -

I would have done, but I don't know how to spell obfuscation.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
