    Do as above to rule out a faulty box, If OK with another it must be the cabling, LNB or dish. Have you checked those over to see if everything is connected? Has the dish been knocked out of alignment?
    You need to eliminate each area in turn to find the fault.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
