    another convert to sat nav, though will look at maps and change route if there is something interesting on the way.

    A little tip we are going to try next year. this year booked through Alamo and went into the lot to pick the car as usual, looks round and couldnt see the full size, guy came over and asked him where they were. He pointed in the direction of them and then said anything there you fancy, smirked back at him and he said fancy a people carrier, I said definately not, he said SUV so me being me said will we get all of our bags in it :) he went away and came back with a ford explorer, the biggest one they did, would have cost us £200 more at least if we had ordered it. he smiled and "joked" a tip in any currency is greatly accepted, felt guilty we only gave him $10 :)

    next year going to just ask out right any chance of an upgrade, definately wont do it at the desk but worth a try at the guy in the lot.

    Go back to the Board page http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28

    Click on the New Thread button which is below the Sub-boards and just above the green Threads in Forum heading, to the left of where it says page 1 of 2682 :)

    hello tazzle

    look for the tab that says "new thread" which is above the first post, in each section.

    Click on it.
    Fill in a title
    Fill in what you would like to post about
    Click on "submit new thread" and then Robert will be your Uncle ;)
