Ported number from Easy Mobile - went ok apart form a few unauthroised payments taken when I attempted to use shimmerbright.co.uk to top-up.

Lots off differences between Fresh & Easy.

Fresh - No means of viewing your bills on-line, or indeed checking how much you've been charged for a call.

To register and top-up online you have to agree to a Direct Debit.

Phoning the 0800 number they will take you through a list of all the calls you've made and the price of these calls - Labour intensive, but they seem willing to do it.

Their Customer Service number an 0870 - Don't use it - use 0800 049 5000 instead.

Anyone know of any PAYG provider who allows you to view your account details on-line and make on-line payments when required?

Comments suggestions appreciated - it would be a pain to port again.
