Can anyone tell me please.

If a clicksnap offer has more than 1 redemption available can you have several of the item on one receipt and get the cashback for them all at the same time?

Thank you!

I have done so in the past.

The way things are going at Quidco, don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work.

I've been Money Tipped!
Hi

I've just had my cashback declined for £220 for a virgin tv bundle contract

I only took the deal out because of the cash back offer

Is there anything I can do

I feel totally ripped off

Thanks

There certainly is something you can do.
Make a direct complaint of mis-selling due to non-payment of promoted cashback via their appointed agent. If not upheld, they will advise you of the Ombudsman route and that would be the next step.
Good luck, but works well and a proven route for financial issues too. Many time I've had to go down the mis-selling route with Topcashback offers (declines and / or delays) and I've been paid every time and many times with requested compensation - usually £20-£30.

Yes, multiple purchases from a single receipt is OK.

I've actually found that Quidco tracking is far, far better than TCB now.
My wife struggles to get anything to track via TCB and that's despite using my laptop. My tracking is usually OK. Strange one? Or devious?
We've been doing tests via a non-purchase offer and despite almost 100% quick tracking via Quidco (and imutual), TCB has now been reduced to less than 30%.
My wife has now gone back to Quidco ad will only use TCB for bonus offers and Snap and Save. Something has changed, that's for sure.
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

Today only.

Quidco are offering a massive 10% cashback via Ebay.
Ends midnight.

Lots and lots of offers there (Quidco) at the moment, I've personally taken advantage of 3 x £2.50 bonus offers this months.

I too am confused about what's going on at Quidco right now. I have a simple problem - I can't withdraw my cashback because all the buttons are "greyed out" and are not clickable. No account-block messages or anything, just looks like a bug on my account on the website.

So, a quick message to Quidco support - which is now incredibly difficult to do, to sort out and... an automated email repeating the (no) help pages. OK, try again - no reply. So try complaints@quidco.com - again no reply at all.

I've only got £30 odd quid to withdraw so it seems a bit daft to have to do the ombudsman thing - but what else can I do?

(and yes, I've already decided to ditch quidco and just use the other cashback site instead).

Shame because I've had a really good run with Quidco over the years.

Looks like I am just another victim in the long line of Quidco miss-selling, despite numerous messages and attempts to follow up.

It took them 13 months (with repeated requests for updates from me) to confirm my cashback but it was at a much lower rate. And this is despite my support ticket and my Messenger chat with their staff advising that the tracked rate was incorrect and advising the expected rate.

I wasn't even made aware that the cashback had been confirmed (albeit at the incorrect rate) as I received no confirmation email and my emailed update on the support ticket. I had grown weary of logging into Quidco every week to manually check for updates as it had already been over a year! So it was a little outside of the 7 weeks time frame to make new support ticket claim for the incorrect cashback rate that was paid. Nonetheless, they accepted the complaint and I patiently awaited a response, of course following up several times and Quidco saying they simply hadn't heard back from the retailer. Fast-forward 19 months from the original purchase date and they reject my claim because it wasn't submitted within 7 weeks of the issue.

I have just emailed the retailer regarding this (wish I'd done it sooner rather than keep trying to deal with Quidco) and have given them 2 weeks to respond. Does this sound reasonable? If I haven't received my payment within those 2 weeks I will send the same details to the financial ombudsman and hopefully get it sorted. No idea what my chances are given how long this has been drawn out but I am so angry and won't give up. I think that Quidco purposely delay confirming payments and then make the complaint process ridiculously long in the hope that you forget and can't be bothered any more. I'm glad I haven't used them since this issue arose and in all honestly, I am much happier using promo codes when available and even sometimes paying slightly more overall than spending my time and patience constantly chasing Quidco and tracking purchases with them.

You need to give them 8 weeks to fully respond, although many financial merchants now appear to resolve complaints a lot quicker.
If your complaint is denied, the merchant will advise you of your next step, ie the Financial Ombudsman.
Getting shafted via cashback sites isn't new, nor will it go away, it's just something you need to be aware of. I work on the fact there will be an issue - delay, decline or incorrect amount - this is why I take several screenshots of the offer and tracking history!
If I told you the amount of times I've had to go direct with a complaint with a financial cashback offer via TCB, you may well call me a liar! But, to date, I've received every penny I've been entitled to, along with compensation for having to chase up and do the work myself.
It may sound strange, but I hope for a quick decline - after the cooling off period - as that means I can go straight for the mis-selling and compensation.
I normally only wait 4 months anyway (from the date of insurance start date, not date taken) and if cashback hasn't been paid, get it myself. More Than for example, have this estimate on TCB...
MORE TH>N Insurance
Estimated Payable 36 weeks

The Financial Ombudsman states waiting more than (no pun intended) 4 months for promoted cashback would be considered unreasonable. You can take your guidance from the Ombudsman, or cashback site - the choice is yours.

Good luck, but you won't be the last one shafted! Many, many more to come and sadly cashback sites fail to inform members of the complaints route, despite being asked of ALL options! Tells a story!

• and unfortunately, the Quidco rep seems to be conspicuous by their absence, so I'm not even sure if it is worth posting here to ask them to check what is going on.

The Quidco reps profile shows:

Last activity: 18-07-2017 10:02 AM

so despite numerous issues having been posted on this thread since 18/7/2017, no one from Quidco has, it would seem, addressed any of them.

I've taken part in all 5 bonuses in November and no declines so far.
Fantastic bonus offers, but they do need to be paid.
I'm wondering if there's something bigger tomorrow?
TCB have failed to match Quidco, that's for sure.

Have you seen Quidco's 'Highest Cashback Guarantee'?

https://www.quidco.com/highest-cashback-guarantee/

Seems the way to go, take a lesser cashback and get double the difference.
There are limitations though.
