Quidco had an offer on March 17th, buy something from Superdrug and get 50% cashback.
I bought a hairdryer and my £18.25 tracked and it should have gone to payable late August. Inevitably nothing happened and the date has now been removed and it just says delayed.

I contacted Quidco support and just got the standard reply so they have not even bothered to read my email.

Also about a week previously, again in March I did a smaller purchase from Superdrug and again its still at the tracked stage. I contacted Quidco support and I got the exact same stock reply.

"I'm sorry to hear that your cashback has not been paid in the time scale you were expecting. Please refer to the guide below as regards current payment times for transactions and claims:

    - Retail purchases with a returns period of up to 45 days - 2-4 months.

    - Contract purchases (phone, broadband, energy etc.) - 3-5 months.

    - Financial purchases (insurance, credit card, bank account etc.) - 4-6 months.

    - Travel purchases (hotels, flights, car hire etc.) - 8-12 weeks after the trip has ended (up to 6 months for claims)

    - In-store (High Street) purchases - up to 6 months

    - Quidco bonus cashback - this will be inserted into your activity around 3 working days after the cashback has been confirmed.

Most transactions will be confirmed by the retailers well within these guidelines but if yours is taking longer than we would normally expect, please be assured that we will already be chasing this up for you and we'll get it confirmed as quickly as possible.

Of course, if you still need to speak to us about this, please feel free to contact us again."

Signed up for The Health Lottery through Quidco - £5.38 cashback for a £10 deposit. I did this and it has not tracked therefore trying to lodge a claim on the Quidco website but am being asked for the 'order number' - there isn't one but one must be entered.

Any idea what it is and how I can find it?
  • I think Quidco is in difficulty, TopCashback seems to be the preferred choice for a lot of people now and I can understand why.

Yet another transaction, made because of the “Quidco” bonus three months ago still hasn’t been confirmed by the retailer, which in itself for Quidco isn’t that strange as they appear to have lost the plot these days....but it just so happens to be the transaction th@t would attract their bonus.....

I had already queried this a while ago to which Quidco replied “which bonus” so I sent them screengrab of their offer, emails and transaction made at maplin.....so they tell me once the retailer confirms, Quidco will add their bonus....

I know the transaction is real, I have the receipt and the item I purchased so there shouldn’t really be a problem in the retailer confirming (as it actually tracked ok) but here’s the problem....if Quidco pretend the retailer doesn’t uphold the purchase (id only lose about 46p) I will miss out on the promised £5 Quidco bonus...

So what’s the best result for Quidco, that’s right, stitch up the customer.

  • Just a heads up to everyone. If you are missing cashback from Quidco (or another cashback site) and they are failing to resolve the issue it is always worth submitting a complaint direct with the merchant. I have done this twice now and on both occasions I got a response and my cashback credited within 48 hours (where Quidco had failed to do this for 7 months!) and also a cheque sent for additional compensation. If it is a financial product you can also follow up any unresolved complaint/cashback with the FOS. Quidco keep saying it is impossible for them to pay the cashback as they have not received the payment, yet as a customer I can resolve this with no problems - I think that says a lot about Quidco customer service!

I've just had my Everything5Pounds claim denied

Quidco are just scammers and should be avoided like the plague.

Is Game still not paying out? I have a tracked amount going back to December 2016, it just states in my account Game are taking longer than expected to pay.

“Taking longer than expected to pay”

Seems to be Quidco’s mission statement these days.

My question is, “has Quidco stopped being pro active for their customers”

On Quidco today as part of a Black Friday offer it says for Accor hotels

"Get 30% off your stay guaranteed and free breakfast in more than 2,900 hotels around the world"

I've been trying to book a hotel room and watching the rates over the last few months. The rates today are no different to what they were a few months ago - def not 30% off.

It also says free breakfast but Accor hotel rates are room only, you add on breakfast as part of the booking procedure. I don't know how you would claim for free breakfasts

    Hi

Am having problems contacting Q. I can't find the link for live chat nor the request for callback for premium members, going in circles. Can anyone point me please?

    Thanks
