    I am quite annoyed today.

As a so called premium member who pays the subscription and apparently gets quicker payouts I am a bit lost as to why MoreThan Insurance was on quicker payout but has now gone to an unknown payout date. AND its £75.

What is the point in paying a subscription? What is the point of a 'quicker payout'?

Also Homebase has now declined £10 even though the table and chairs are on my decking?

To be honest I would have gone through TCB for both these had I known and not pay a subscription to Quidco at all.

    Not pleased

I have reverted to the "basic membership" quidco is now a nightmare, still awaiting a QVC payment, transaction was August last year, raised support tickets, raised the issue here in November ! Still nothing!

Also awaiting a decision on a very cashback claim. Five months!
    ]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58  Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68
june 2013, £[STRIKE]18,948 18,182[/STRIKE][/ September 13. Funds available to clear the darn thing! Yay! :j

Does anyone know if for Clicksnap offers where you have to buy more than one whether they both need to be on the same receipt or whether I can submit 2+ receipts for the claim? For example for the Dr Oekter Pizza Offer currently could I buy one today and one tomorrow and be eligable for the cashback with these 2 receipts?

    Many thanks :D

    Hi All,

Please find the answers to your questions below.

@p00: Sorry to hear that your cashback has been delayed. As a premium member I invite you to use the live chat tool and discuss this with a member of our customer service team. We are here from 8am to 8pm. You are more than welcome to raise a cashback claim for your Homebase decline. To do this simply click on the 'create cashback claim' on the support tab.

@Mutley74: Sorry to hear that you have had some tracking issues. please click here for some helpful tips on how to ensure your purchases track. Cashback on hotels/holidays will only be paid after your stay.

@Sharpinf: If the offer requires you to purchase the item multiple times you need to ensure that they are on the same transaction i.e. the same receipt. To be awarded the cashback for the Dr. Oekter offer you would need to purchase the two pizzas together.

    Thanks
    Brad

I only make the matter public as I feel that Quidco, is much more concerned in publishing its interest in satisfying its customers, than actually attempting to do so. And I explain myself: in early February I signed up via Quidco with Winner.com casino. The offer was great (50 pounds deposit and wagering only to receive 50 as cashback) and I did everything as I should have done - deposited, DIDN'T ACCEPT ANY BONUSES (hence played solely with my own money), wagered the amount (actually far more than that) in a variety of games in 2-3 days and waited. No cashback appeared, I submitted a claim. It was rejected but after sending them screenshots etc. the initial decision was overturned. All well up until now (although I'm still waiting for this to be paid).
Four days ago, I tried to withdraw my money, however, this wasn't allowed. I spoke with the casino CS in chat who to my astonishment told me that "Quidco has agreed that players referred from them to have to play their deposits 35 before withdrawing the money". I told the casino that this was incorrect, no such terms existed on Quidco website when I signed up. They said there was nothing they could do.
So, naturally, I contacted via live chat Quidco (being a "lucky" premium member) to whom I explained everything (and specifically mentioned that I didn't accept any bonuses). This obviously is very serious - or at least it would have been to me if I was Quidco. How, can somebody claim that I have accepted to terms which are not mentioned in my site? Anyway, I was told by the Quidco rep. that I would have to raise a formal ticket. I dully did of course (including all the information, including the fact that I DIDN'T ACCEPT ANY BONUSES and also what the casino rep told me about Quidco) and waited. Today, the response that I received was that "the casino makes the terms and not us" and I was also given a link to a webpage citing the casino bonus t&cs.

What my opinion should be after that about Quidco, when clearly somebody didn't read what I wrote to them and failed to do the slightest investigation on the matter?

If Quidco doesn't bother about its reputation, it's their problem. But if they agree to specific terms for their referrals, which are not mentioned in their website then they should be named and shamed. If they don't but someone claims they do, then the least they could do is support their members.

And by all means...They should read the information on the tickets raised...

I started checking in using Quidco's app about a year ago, and had approx £25 worth of checkin's. I havn't redeemed the money yet. I checked my balance and it's now £20 so effectively £5 has been taken out? When I started checking in, I read that this is not part of the annual fee so all earnings from check ins are 100% yours.

Yes, the app is a good way of earning a few extra pennies while wandering around a shopping centre. A lot of the shops you don't even need to go inside - just stand at the doorway and checkin.

However, I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with other aspects of Quidco after a good run with them last year. I now find that most online purchases don't automatically track and I have a make a claim a few days later. Some retailers refuse cashback without any reason given and others are just ridiculously slow - I have one open claim from August last year.

I think this changed when they brought in Premium and Free memberships.

The majority of shops allow you to check in from 300 feet away, which is useful in shopping centres when the GPS signal gets confused and doesn't update when you move locations.

It's quite a good earner if your doing shopping.
