Quidco why is the Co-op not included in your list of supermarkets for clicksave?

I bought some items there and only realised it was not on your list afterwards.

    Your competitor includes them.

    Hi All,

Nice to see some more questions on the board, I'll asnwer them below.

@cheekyweelassie Unfortunately these factors may affect the cashback as retailers only tend to pay when there has had to be little to no work done by themselves. Because your purchase has tracked, I would advise seeing how this goes, then if it does become declined, you can raise a claim and we can find out exactly why and try to have the decision over turned. We'll try and help you as much as we possibly can.

@haz_65 Unfortunately I cannot edit the amount of your claim, but one of the team will be more than happy to do this for you. If you're a premium member, you can log onto your account and use our Live Chat service, or request a callback. If you've decided not to stay as a premium member then just raise a ticket at this link and the team will change this.

@POPPYOSCAR At the moment Co-op is just not a retailer we're working with, but if this changes in the future, we will let you know.

    Many thanks for your queries.

    Leanne :)

  • Hi

Can you answer why check in cash wouldn't be registered in the app? Or do I need to drop support a line?

    Cheers

    Hi KungFu Ramone,

These check ins may have been retained towards your retention fee if you're a premium member, but if you're not, or it's a higher amount than you expected, please get in touch with Customer Support and they'll be able to take a look at it for you.

    Thanks,

    Leanne :)

  • Hi Leanne,

    Thanks for the reply.

Are we talking "In store cashback" or "mobile check ins" here? I'm referring to using the app when visiting a store and getting 5p for my efforts. If these check ins are being retained for the annual fee then it's not very clear and the confirmation email needs to be changed as it says "The money has already been added to your Quidco account and is ready to be paid".

    Thanks

    Dave

    Hi Dave,

Yes, we do mean the check-ins, the 5ps and 10ps that you can earn from 'checking in' at your various local shops.

I'm sorry the email isn't too clear, I'll ask the marketing team to have that changed now. thanks for the suggestion.

    I am quite annoyed today.

As a so called premium member who pays the subscription and apparently gets quicker payouts I am a bit lost as to why MoreThan Insurance was on quicker payout but has now gone to an unknown payout date. AND its £75.

What is the point in paying a subscription? What is the point of a 'quicker payout'?

Also Homebase has now declined £10 even though the table and chairs are on my decking?

To be honest I would have gone through TCB for both these had I known and not pay a subscription to Quidco at all.

    Not pleased

booked 2 different hotels on different days, one via Quidco and other via TCB booked via Thomas Cook (hotel only). I got the Quidco and TCB prompt on each time saying that CB will be recorded, more than a few days later - no tracking on either.
Is thomas cook actually track anywhere??
