    I used ClickSnap the first time today and uploaded my first receipt. Is it normal that it doesn't show anywhere as "in progress" or so? How do I know that the upload was successful?

    I use some other of these apps like Shopitize, ReceiptHog etc. and in all of them you can see your submitted claims. Is ClickSnap really missing this feature?

    Edit: Just found in the help section that it can take a few hours until it shows up at https://www.quidco.com/activity/clicksnap . Why does it take so long? The other apps show me immediately that I uploaded a receipt.

    It's funny how my account still shows that Ive collected 10 out of 500 coins, although I've apparently reached the highest level and hence can't collect anymore coins.[IMG][/img]image_zps31vucpbh.png The real issue however, is that 490 coins have confirmed, but due to one unconfirmed transaction, I can not reach 500 coins and get the promised bonus for 500 coins. I've completed transactions after the 500 coins were awarded, which have now confirmed and should have had coins, and taken me over the 500 threshold. Out of that number of transactions, statistically there will always be some that don't confirm, and if you don't receive coins after you've had 500, then most people will never get the promised reward. Looks like a clever scam...
    I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
  • My BT cashback has been declined and i can't see any reason for this that matches what Quidco say it could be.
    Given that it was one of the main reasons we choose BT over other providers it makes me more than a little angry.
    Then i read on this thread that someone else in Sept when we ordered was told there were tracking issues and i am now wondering if this had any bearing on it. :mad::mad:

    Can you please answer out query regarding the £10 Argos deal, nothing is showing in activity and nothing in tracked. I was signed in and went through the link at the bottom of the Argos page, purchased fast track and collected. Yet there is nothing showing at all. Only purchased the item from Argos because of the £10 cashback but looks like I've been done over yet again by Quidco. Started using TCB because of your poor service looks like I should have stuck with them!

    the site is down , so much for getting cashback on black friday !! like you i opted in yesterday and bought a freezer from Currys , and did all the correct things too and wanted to check the activity and to make sure it had tracked !

    Have a load of stuff I want to buy via quidco this morning and the site has crashed! Do I wait and potentially miss the bargains or go ahead and lose the cashback?? :mad:

    I asked on Twitter and was told to raise a claim BUT they hold the claim for 30 days before submitting it to Argos, by which time you've missed the cut-off for returns, so my purchase is going back - I considered it to be worth £20, but not £30.

    Hi Cuddles, if that's the case looks like mine's going back too. Wonder how many people have checked cashback has actually tracked, guess the offer was too good to be true.

    I've seen a lot of grumbling; between this and the "£25 means £30" kerfuffle, I think Argos might be getting a lot of returns.
