hello Jack
no one has replied to my orginal question and its been over a month?
i just need to know if BT will approve cashback for a second mobile account on the same BT account that i got cashback on for my first mobile account, if that makes sense,
i could really do with a fast response now as i need to switch my sons mobile and a second cashback from BT would swing it in their favour
thank you0 -
Being as this relates to 110.00 rejection back in May 2016 that will have affected many Quidco members in addition to a lovely honest gesture this should also answer insinuations/allegations made over time by a few individuals both that Quidco keep some of its members cashback and that their is a problem with larger cashback values being paid out
Big Thank You Quidco :T
We have some important information regarding your Quidco account:
Hi There,
In regards to your Plusnet cashback, we have been investigating this further and discovered this was due to an error on Quidco’s, part.
We have found that the Quidco link you clicked through on this occasion meant you took out an additional discount from Plusnet.
As a goodwill gesture we are now going to pay the declined cashback to you so you do not have to miss out on this occasion.
This should show in your account within the next 72 hours and I hope this is a more satisfactory resolution for you.0 -
Does anyone know if you can claim quidco as well as receiving the 20% M&S discount this weekend? I have put through several orders to M&S but none of them have tracked via Quidco.0

I did not join using the £5 membership but was a free member of a number of years. The above link does not work. Hence posting on this board. I have tried all of the contacts for quidco to no avail.
Please can you suggest something that will work? Surely as a representative of Quidco you can do something? Perhaps you could get them to send my password to my new email address a.booth2809@gmail.com
They cannot send it to the old email as its no longer in use.
Thanks

Hi, made a purchase from Argos this morning to obtain the £10 bonus yet nothing is showing in recent actions or tracked, how long before using Quidco does it show on the dashboard?0

Ditto - I know the £10 won't show up immediately, but there's not even a basic tracking notification after almost 24 hours.0 -
I also took advantage of the very generous Argos £10 promotion and although I know the purchase needs confirming by Argos, it would be a good idea to show you 'used' the £10 promotion as in a tracking notification or note on account.
I'm very impressed with the Quidco current 'highest cashback guarantee' and must make Quidco the UK's most generous cashback site at present. It works too, with no quibbles. It can't last, can it? But, if not, well done on the short term at least. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Still nothing showing. Shouldn't it at least show up under 'activity'? Taking item back to Argos for refund if it doesn't go through as it'll be a better deal from elsewhere.0
