    Yes it can be done.

    Select "Hotmail options"
    then under "Customizing Hotmail"
click on "Rules for sorting new messages"

You then have multiple options; what you need is

    STEP 1:-
    [SUBJECT] [CONTAINS] [VIAGRA]

    STEP 2:-
    o Move to Junk
    or
    o Delete these messages

    Hope that helps:money:

I've done this , keep my fingers crossed

Well these spam emails are still managing to appear in my junk folder despite blocking emails with certain words in the email title!

If you set up your spam filter to send spam to your junk folder, then that's exactly what it's doing.
If you don't want to see it at all, then set it to delete the spam upon detection instead. See post 4.

I followed the steps in post 4 and pressed the option for these emails to be deleted yet they are still going to my junk folder.

    Rules for sorting new messages:

Delete messages if subject is "doctors"

Delete messages if subject is "replica"

Delete messages if subject is "chemist"

Delete messages if subject is "viagra"

I applied the above settings last week when I posted but all the junk emails I've received today have the above words in the title.

I think they are going into your Junk folder because hotmail has already flagged them a junk for everyone. Try changing your settings from
o Delete messages if subject IS "viagra"
    to
o Delete messages if subject CONTAINS "viagra"
    or
o Delete messages if subject CONTAINS WORD "viagra"
