Ok, they cancelled my order because of the code mix up, fair enough I suppose - but they've just notified me that they are not refunding the postage cost to me! They cancelled it, not me, how can they withold that?

Anyway I've had enough of arguing with customer service serfs - has anyone got any contact details for someone further up the chain?
