    Eggbuckland, £130k

    Keyham, £130k

    It does.

When the level of maturity and discussion has reached the level it has.

Also helps if you ignore the local average wage.

Also helps if you ignore the area.

Once youhave done all that, chucky can find you some approx 700 properties of all different manner, and prove therefore that the whole of Devon is perfectly affordable.

Job done. Case closed. Devon is affordable to all.

Infact, we can flatly deny that we have a house price issue in this country.

Look. London, 3 bedroom house for 105k. Blows the theory that London is expensive completely out of the question.

lmfao, easy tiger - a nice piece of amateur dramatics, don;t be having an e-breakdown again please...

in one post it's the drug capital of Devon and that's why prices are affordable
    Indeed.

Shame about it's Location. Drug capital of Devon.

If you would like to see more about the area, you can view it on the BBC police programme which is often on, I think it's approx 9pm, could be 10pm. They do a lot of raids there on camera.

    Mmmm lovely
but then we find out that the area the house is in the crime level is average for England and Wales
