Hi Brit,
Nice to see you still haven't changed your sig, now that all three indices show prices are currently rising.
Halifax +0.1%
Land Registry +0.8%
Nationwide +0.3%“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

i like the garden, i'm not so sure about the floral wallpaper in the bedroom.
thanks Brit, not for me sorry.0 -
Oh, and I thought Graham said you can't buy a house for less than a squizillion pounds in Devon???
Ignoring the typo in the OP, 115K for a house ain't bad by anyone's standards.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

you should know better than to believe the jibberish that comes from the usual suspects on this board.HAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »Oh, and I thought Graham said you can't buy a house for less than a squizillion pounds in Devon???

Indeed.
Shame about it's Location. Drug capital of Devon.
If you would like to see more about the area, you can view it on the BBC police programme which is often on, I think it's approx 9pm, could be 10pm. They do a lot of raids there on camera.
Mmmm lovelyThe level of crime in this area is high (compared with the rest of Devon and Cornwall change)
The average number of crimes in this area has increased from 164.7 to 179 (8.7%)0 -
So what you're saying, Graham, is that the level of crime in the largest urban area in a county which is mainly rural is high, compared with the rest of the county?
I've also heard that the Pope is a follower of Roman Catholicism.0
