I would report that to the police as it is a threat. You can't prove it (I assume) but if everyone he threatens reports him, the police will get the picture.

Interesting that link.
Spoken to BBC Watchdog, they said if we can get enough customers to complain they will run with it. Need to register details on their website, can't post link.
Also need to write to Trading Standards.

all you need to do after looking into it after buying a kitchen of WOW is put both VANCE MILLER & CHRIS GISBY into google at the same time and guess what they are linked so that tells me i had made a big mistake!:mad:

Having huge problems with them right now. Shouldve done my homework on them really. "Kitchen" arrived two days late, some of it didnt arrive and some stuff that did arrive was wrong colour. They have delayed getting back to me, ignoring my calls /emails, and just speaking to one of their staff (eventually) now, claims he will be at the depot tonight till late and getting the things ready for the courier tomorrow for it to arrive on Saturday. Remains to be seen, really. When I mentioned that there is stuff on forums and that people have experienced lots of problems, the guy reckons that it is their competitor (Vance) that has been doing this(?!!) Hmmm, lets wait and see what happens this evening - he told me to call their office number this evening after 7.30pm where it will get diverted to his mobile. Lets see what happens this evening.

Who was it you spoke to?
It's rubbish that they are blaming Vance, if anything they may be connected to him, if not then they are using it as an excuse.
Since my post, I have found out more issues with my kitchen and am taking Wow Kitchens and Chris Gisby to court.
They just ignore all correspondence.
Something really needs to be done about them before anymore customers are conned.
People really need to start writing to Watchdog, Trading Standards etc, the more complaints they get the more something will be done about these cowboys.
