    I'm a bit confused. You say it was on the market for £74k and then lower down you mention another offer from someone who hasn't sold, for the full offer price, but you mention there is an offer of 75k? Is it on the market for £74k or 75k?

    I think they are being a bit silly if they have it on for £74k and rejecting £70k from someone who is proceedable. I had mine on for £170k, had an offer of £168k from someone who hadn't sold, then accepted an offer for 165k from someone who was proceedable. Ok so we had our eye on something we wanted, and were concerned that could have gone if we waited. Who knows? But for the sake of 3k it really wasn't worth the risk. The prospective buyer could have their house on the market for years!
    If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused
