I was looking at a kindle when I saw it. So it put me off buying instore I thought i'd check the price at home. Which I havent done yet as Ive just remembered.
Wonder if scanning the QR code with my phone which I'm assuming would have taken me directly to the kindle online would have displayed the price £20 cheaper.
I will have to go back and investigate - great another techno gadget thing I have to get my head round.
ETA: just checked online and you can only buy a kindle instore, its not available for home delivery.
I have just purchased a Kindle (3G + WiFi) online for my OH and used the £20 off £150 spend code (TDX-KYRA).
The product code for the Kindle is:- 211-2318
Takes it down to £132.
I also get staff discount so it cost me £116.80 and I am picking it up from my local store on Monday.
You also get 304 Clubcard points.
Using a cashback site could save you another £3.50.0 -

This is the new Tesco strategy, prices doubling or more and then plummeting within the space of three or four days.Hope is not a strategy.0

It is seriously getting much more extreme though, and not just on the products one "expects". Also prices are changing literally day to day, and not for a couple of weeks at a time as previously.Hope is not a strategy.0

I noticed extra points on some ice creams and ice lollies yesterday but tbh not enough points to bother with unless you would buy anyway.0

This isn't new, they do it EVERY year with the tinned sweets on the run up to xmas.
They sell them for £10 a tin one week, and the next week they are magically half price.
They leave the "Half Price" poster up for weeks, to show just how much Tesco cares for us all :cool:0 -
Aren't strawberries ALWAYS half price ... but still more expensive than ASDA?0
