Broadband with free international phone calls to Hong Kong & China

Hi,
I'm currently on an old Orange Unlimited Broadband package which allows free anytime phone calls to UK landline and 100 International countries (inc. HK and China) fro £24.99. Have been with them since the original Freeserve.
I am thinking of changing ISPs, due to poor speed and poor customer service from Orange, and looking for a cheaper provider.
Have tried looking at BT, Sky and Virgin but they do not have HK and China listed in their list of inclusive calls. Does anyone know of anyother providers who offer this?
If not, I'm currently looking to go for a broadband and UK anytime phone package. I've look at O2, and was wondering what peoples opinions of them are in terms of their speeds and customer service. Or is there another provider you would recommend.
Would appreciate your info and advice.
