AW are fitting 30,000 meters in Suffolk you will have the choice to pay via meter or not , but if you sell or move the next people will pay on the meter, they will be fitting them street by street in certain areas

Often wondered why the Water Companies aint selling our rainwater to the dry countries.0

anyone know if this is legal? thought I heard somewhere a lady took them to court when they insisted on fitting a water meter at her property and she won!
Just wondering as I have a shared water supply with neighbours and it comes through my property first, so how could we have a water meter?
Also where would they fit it under the sink? or out in the road?
thanks anyone who know anything!0 -

Yes its legal when fitted externally but not sure on the inplications if its fitted inside , i would have thought they would target all the ones they can fit in the footpath as this is quicker and easier
Yours sounds like it would have to be fitted internally where the water enters your property0 -
