sorry deano if i offended you by not posting on original but i couldnt find it - i did search for it .....................
it seems that the guy has already refunded the money minus shipping costs and £5 admin - im out of pocket £20 by this fiasco but, he wont admit the printer was faulty - he is the ebay guy so i dont think ill have much joy as others have found.........im going to leave the amount in my bank and try a charge back and let my credit card sort it with amazon.........
thanks anabee - gonna leave the feedback too believe me lol0 -
Doesn't the transaction have to have been over £100 for the credit card company to share liability?
As this is not a disputed transaction (in that you agree the money was taken correctly) I am not sure your credit card company will be of much use but it might be worth a try.0 -
oh right bossy boots - never done a chargeback before so dont know - thanks..........just realised too - he has refunded to the old debit card which i dont have now so i have to sort that out too - aaaaarghghhghgg - never deal with this man0
