Contact your local council Trading Standards who will be able to advise you on your rights as a buyer and will probably check your purchase to advise you whether its real or fake.0

Hi
I also had this problem - I sent an item back to China but never received the replacement even though the seller sent me many emails saying that he was dealing with it. Unfortunately by then it was too late to open a dispute in ebay or paypal and I lost over £80. I made complaints to ebay and paypal and was fobbed off - they were not in the least bit bothered. Hope you have more luck than me -at least you have opened the dispute within the time limits. Personally I've decided to go back to buying on the high street - much less hassle and good customer service! Good Luck0 -

There is a lot of good customer service on ebay, not all sellers are cowboys....
Just our of curiosity did you check feedback before buying? Chinese sellers often have neg fb because of both the quality of their items and their customer service. You get what you pay for.0
