Vendors haven't responded to enquiries...

Haha, no we're not. It's literally just us and the vendors. Sat at home with OH's dad patiently waiting.

Every bit of information to be sent, every form to be signed, every cheque to be paid has all been done the same day as the letter has arrived.

I know that the buying process has a lot of waiting around for stuff but the impression that we got from the vendors were that they were super keen to move as soon as possible, as were we, there's a few issues with a loft conversion that was done by previous owners but surely we could just get them to do an indeminity insurance on it.

Part of me thinks that they've got the gas and electric guys in as one of the enquiries was would they be prepared to service everything before competion etc. Just sooo bored of waiting.
