That is really awful! The photos make it look like a right dingy hovel.

There are quite a few photography companies out there that already do photography for agents and vendors.
They also do the add on's of floorplans, EPC's etc0 -
I've just put myself in the photographer's shoes, and I wouldn't touch that WC without a level 3 biohazard suit, I'm afraid......
I would, I'd have to or I wouldn't be happy taking the shot. I've photographed abandoned buildings before with loo's in much worse states.
