Free calls to mobiles any network anytime (kind of!!)

I do this all the time and Im sure loads of others do (or will now start)!

With so many people opting for a million(!) cross network minutes a month on their mobile phones these day, why not save your hard earned cash by "miss calling" them and getting them to call you back (as part of their free minutes).

If you tell them in advance, most mates will be happy to do it as no one ever uses up their free minutes anyway.

Calling mobiles is costly and this way not only can you save money but you can save your top up card for people who dont have free mins!!

Can also be used if your partner has free mins - that way you can get a decent phone and never have to bother with topping up!!

Sorry couldnt help posting this one!

Only problem with doing this from a BT landline is that they will charge you 5p for the call even if it's not answered! (check your itemised bills!).

Unless ofcourse you call through 18866/1899, who, as far as I'm aware, don't charge for unanswered calls

Oh no they don't. You must have left the phone ringing for just long enough for it to go to voicemail, or something. What is the duration of these calls that you think haven't been answered?
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.
